Vampire Facial in Toronto
Smoother texture, softer scarring and a lit-from-within glow that builds for weeks — all from your own blood, nothing synthetic. InnoPen microneedling meets our advanced dual-spin KeyPRP™ centrifuge by MD Biologix, with every treatment performed by advanced nurses.
What is a Vampire Facial?
The famous facial earned its reputation for a reason: visible change with nothing synthetic. A small sample of your blood is spun to isolate platelet-rich plasma — PRP, loaded with the growth factors your body uses to heal — then your skin is microneedled with our precision InnoPen device and the PRP is infused through the fresh microchannels, where it drives collagen production and cellular renewal from within.
What separates ours from most Vampire Facials in Toronto is the PRP itself. We prepare yours with our industry-leading KeyPRP™ dual-spin centrifuge by MD Biologix, which concentrates platelets to up to 8× baseline platelet concentration — roughly 4× that of a typical single-spin kit, which typically reach around 2×. More concentrated platelets means more growth factors delivered per treatment, and that difference shows in your results.
Because everything applied to your skin comes from your own body, results look natural and build steadily: smoother texture, softer acne scarring, reduced fine lines and hyperpigmentation, and a hydrated, lit-from-within glow. It’s the treatment we recommend most often to clients who want visible change without anything synthetic.
Benefits of a Vampire Facial
- Firmer, smoother skin — Concentrated growth factors drive collagen for genuine structural change.
- Fades scars & dark marks — Acne scarring and hyperpigmentation soften over the series.
- Refines pores — Skin rebuilds tighter and more even around enlarged pores.
- Deep hydration & glow — An immediate radiance that clients notice within days.
- 100% your own biology — Nothing synthetic — your blood, your growth factors, your result.
- Long-lasting results — Typically 12–18 months with good skincare and sun protection.
What can a Vampire Facial treat?
- Acne scarring PRP-accelerated collagen softens rolling scars and post-acne marks over a series.
- Fine lines & early aging Growth factors firm the skin and smooth early lines before they deepen.
- Dullness & hyperpigmentation Tone brightens and dark marks fade as skin turnover resets.
- Texture, pores & elasticity Skin becomes smoother, tighter-feeling and more resilient with each session.
How many Vampire Facial sessions do I need?
Expect an immediate glow from your first session — and plan a short series for the real transformation.
General rejuvenation is a 3-session protocol. Acne scarring and stubborn hyperpigmentation usually take 4–6 sessions, mapped at your consultation.
Expect a day or two of sunburn-like redness and mild swelling. Most clients are back to their routine the next day, glow included.
Collagen rebuilds over 4–6 weeks and keeps improving for several months. Results typically last 12–18 months, maintained with one or two sessions per year.
Your appointment, step by step
The appointment and full treatment last 40 minutes total.
-
Cleanse & numb
Your skin is cleansed and numbing cream applied while we prepare everything else — comfort first.
-
A small blood draw
A quick draw, no more than a routine lab test. This is the raw material for your treatment.
-
Dual-spin PRP preparation
Your sample goes through the KeyPRP™ dual-spin process, concentrating platelets to up to 8× baseline.
-
InnoPen microneedling
Precise, controlled passes create the microchannels that trigger collagen.
-
PRP infusion & calm
Your concentrated PRP is worked into the fresh channels, followed by a soothing Peptides Collagen Mask.
Not all PRP is equal — the KeyPRP™ difference
Most clinics prepare PRP with single-spin kits that concentrate platelets to roughly 2× baseline. Our industry-leading KeyPRP™ dual-spin centrifuge by MD Biologix separates your plasma first, then concentrates the platelets in a second spin — reaching up to 8× baseline, up to 4× more than standard single-spin kits. Same blood draw, dramatically more growth factors per treatment. Read more on our dual-spin technology page.

Vampire Facial questions, answered
What is a Vampire Facial?
It’s microneedling plus PRP. A small sample of your blood is spun to isolate platelet-rich plasma, your skin is microneedled with our InnoPen device, and the PRP is infused through the fresh microchannels — stimulating collagen, improving texture and restoring radiance using entirely your own biology.
Is a Vampire Facial safe?
Yes — because the PRP comes from your own blood, there is no foreign material for your body to react to. Every treatment at Pureté is performed by advanced nurses under the direction of our Medical Director, with single-use sterile equipment and a full health review beforehand. It isn’t suitable for people with blood or platelet disorders.
Does a Vampire Facial hurt?
Less than most people fear. Topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, and most clients describe the microneedling as a mild prickling sensation. The blood draw is no different from a routine lab test. Afterward, skin feels like a mild sunburn for a day or two.
How many sessions will I need?
General rejuvenation is typically a 3-session protocol spaced 4–6 weeks apart — which is why we price it as one. Acne scarring and hyperpigmentation often take 4–6 sessions, and maintenance afterward is usually one or two sessions per year.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
There’s often an immediate glow, with full results developing over 4–6 weeks as collagen rebuilds — and skin keeps improving for several months. Results typically last 12–18 months with good skincare, daily SPF and the occasional maintenance session.
How much does a Vampire Facial cost in Toronto?
Toronto pricing varies widely — and so does the PRP behind it. At Pureté a Vampire Facial is $749 per session or $1,999 for the 3-session protocol, prepared with our KeyPRP™ dual-spin centrifuge by MD Biologix rather than a standard single-spin kit. When you compare prices, compare the PRP system.
What’s the difference between a Vampire Facial and regular microneedling?
Microneedling alone triggers collagen through controlled micro-injuries. The Vampire Facial adds your own concentrated growth factors on top, accelerating healing and deepening the result — particularly worthwhile for acne scarring, dullness and clients who want faster, longer-lasting change.
Vampire Facial or Champagne Facial — which is right for me?
Both combine microneedling with PRP. The Champagne Facial runs on our Potenza RF platform, adding radiofrequency tightening and pressurized PRP infusion — the step up when laxity is part of your concern. If texture, scars and glow are the goal, the Vampire Facial is excellent value.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Stay well hydrated, avoid alcohol and blood-thinning products like aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for 24–48 hours beforehand, and arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotion or sunscreen. Hydration genuinely matters here: it makes both the blood draw and the PRP better.
Is there any downtime?
Minimal. Expect redness and mild swelling for 24–48 hours, similar to a sunburn. No makeup for at least 3–4 days, hold active skincare for 5–7 days, and avoid heat and sweating for a day or two. Most clients are back to normal activities the next day.
