Botox & Dysport in Etobicoke
Achieve a refreshed, well-rested appearance while preserving natural facial expression. Botox® and Dysport® treatments are precisely tailored to soften dynamic lines, support facial balance, and maintain physiologic movement — delivering subtle, controlled, and naturally rejuvenated results.
What are neuromodulators — Dysport & Botox?
Dysport® and Botox® are purified neurotoxin proteins, expertly customized to soften expression lines throughout the face while preserving natural movement and facial harmony. Relax the muscle, and the line above it softens and stops deepening.
Precisely tailored to target:
- Forehead lines & the “11s” — softened, not frozen
- Crow’s feet & bunny lines — smoothed while you still smile
- Lip lines & chin dimpling — refined with micro-dosing
- Jawline definition & masseter tension — slimmed and eased
- Neck bands — relaxed for a smoother profile
- Prevention — lines stop etching deeper the earlier you start
Benefits of neuromodulators
- Lines soften in days — Visible smoothing within a week, full effect by two weeks.
- Prevention, not just correction — Relaxed muscles stop etching lines deeper — the earlier you start, the less you’ll ever need.
- A 30-minute appointment — No downtime; straight back to your day.
- Natural movement preserved — Conservative dosing keeps your expressions — no lines.
- Beyond wrinkles — Lip flips, brow lifts, gummy smiles and jaw slimming with the same tool.
- Predictable & reversible by time — Effects fade gradually over 3–4 months.
What can neuromodulators treat?
- Forehead & frown lines Horizontal forehead lines and the “11s” between the brows soften and stop deepening.
- Crow’s feet The fine lines that fan from the corners of your eyes when you smile.
- Lip flip, brow lift & gummy smile Small, precise doses that subtly reshape without filler.
- Jawline slimming Masseter treatment relaxes a bulky jaw muscle for a slimmer lower face — and helps with clenching.
How long does Botox take to work?
It’s a 30-minute appointment with zero downtime — but the results follow a schedule. Here’s exactly what to expect.
A few precise injections with ultrafine needles. You can head straight back to work — just avoid rubbing the area and strenuous exercise that day.
You’ll notice lines relaxing within the first week, with the full effect settled by the two-week mark.
Movement gradually returns as the product wears off. Most clients rebook 3–4 times a year to stay consistently smooth.

Botox questions, answered
How many units of Dysport or Botox will I need?
It depends on the area and your muscle strength — typical ranges are 10–25 units for frown lines, 10–20 for the forehead, and 15–30 for crow’s feet. Your nurse gives you an exact number and total cost before any treatment starts.
Will I look frozen?
Not here. Our nurses dose conservatively on purpose — the goal is to soften lines while preserving your natural expressions.
Do Dysport and Botox injections hurt?
Very little. We use ultrafine needles and optional numbing cream; most clients describe each injection as a quick pinch. The whole appointment takes 30 minutes.
Botox & Dysport vs fillers — which do I need?
They solve different problems. Botox relaxes the muscles that crease skin (lines in motion); fillers restore lost volume (hollows and folds at rest). Many clients benefit from both — read our guide or ask at your consultation.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for 24–48 hours before your appointment to minimize bruising, and arrive with a clean, makeup-free treatment area if you can.
Are Dysport and Botox safe?
Yes — Botox and Dysport are Health Canada–approved and have decades of safety data. At Pureté every injection is performed by an advanced nurse injector under medical direction, with a full medical review first.
How much do Dysport and Botox cost in Toronto?
Toronto clinics typically charge $9–14 per unit. At Pureté it’s $10 for Botox and $8 for Dysport, with a 40-unit minimum for new clients — your exact total is confirmed before treatment.
Neuromodulators for jaw clenching — do they work?
Yes. Masseter Botox relaxes the clenching muscle — many clients see relief from grinding and headaches within two weeks, plus gradual jawline slimming over 2–3 months.
How do I avoid bruising?
Skip alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for 24–48 hours before your appointment. Bruising with ultrafine needles is uncommon and small when it happens.
Can I get a neuromodulator and filler the same day?
Usually yes — they treat different things and pair well. Your nurse will sequence them properly at your appointment.
