Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about visiting Pureté, how treatments work, and how pricing is handled. Service-specific questions live on each treatment page.
Visiting Pureté
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — we operate by appointment only, with no walk-ins. This keeps the clinic private and unhurried, and means your nurse’s attention is entirely yours. Book online through Jane, or call 416-887-5160.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Consultations are complimentary: a thorough skin assessment, clear recommendations, and your personalized plan. If the answer is “you don’t need anything yet,” that’s what you’ll hear.
Who performs the treatments?
All treatments are performed by advanced nurses under the medical direction of our Nurse Practitioner. No aestheticians performing medical procedures — ever. Meet the team on our team page.
Where are you located, and is there parking?
2731 Lake Shore Blvd W in South Etobicoke, serving Etobicoke, Toronto and Mississauga. There is a public parking lot directly across the street, and paid street parking immediately beside the clinic. See the map on our contact page.
Treatments & results
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Start with your concern, not the treatment name — our menus are organized by concern (acne scarring, loose skin, thinning hair) for exactly that reason. Then book a free consultation: your nurse maps every option, including the ones we don’t offer.
How many sessions will I need?
Most regenerative treatments (Potenza RF, PRP, BioFiller) work as a series of 3–5 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, because collagen rebuilds gradually. Injectables like Botox and filler show results in days from a single visit. Each service page has a realistic timeline.
Do you publish before-and-after photos?
No — and we never will without explicit consent. Pureté is built on discretion: your aesthetic journey stays confidential. You’ll get a clear medical assessment of what to expect at your consultation instead.
What makes your PRP different from other clinics?
Concentration. Our KeyPRP™ dual-spin centrifuge by MD Biologix concentrates platelets to up to 8× baseline platelet concentration — roughly 4× that of a typical single-spin kit most clinics use. Read the full story on our technology page.
Pricing & policies
How does pricing work?
Transparently. Per-unit prices for injectables, published session and series prices for regenerative treatments, and multi-session protocols priced as complete programs — see protocols & pricing. Your plan is always confirmed before treating.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — every protocol can be financed through Beautifi from $49/month on approved credit, and a pay-in-full discount is also available. Details on our financing page.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. IV therapy appointments carry a $100 no-show fee, because formulations are mixed fresh in advance and can’t be reused.
Do you sell skincare?
Yes — medical-grade Vivier skincare, available in-clinic. Your nurse can build a simple home routine that supports your treatment results.
